- Grant of License
Upon purchase, the Licensor grants the purchaser (“Licensee”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use InertiaBones (the “Software”) under the terms described below.
This license is granted to a single individual.
- Permitted Use
The Licensee may:
Use the Software for personal projects.
Use the Software in commercial avatar projects.
Use the Software in commissioned avatar work.
Include outputs generated by the Software (such as baked meshes, controllers, or configuration data) in avatars distributed commercially.
Modify Software settings and configurations for workflow purposes.
Generated assets created through normal use of the Software are not restricted by this license.
- Single-User Limitation
This license is valid for one individual only.
The Software may not be:
Shared with other individuals.
Uploaded to shared drives for multi-user access.
Used by multiple persons under a single purchase.
Studios, teams, or organizations wishing to use the Software across multiple users must contact the Licensor to obtain appropriate licensing.
- Prohibited Use
The Licensee may not:
Redistribute the Software in whole or in part.
Resell the Software.
Share the UnityPackage, source files, or compiled files.
Upload the Software to public repositories.
Claim authorship of the Software.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code for redistribution purposes.
- Intellectual Property
The Software remains the intellectual property of the Licensor.
This license grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership of the Software.
- Warranty Disclaimer
No Warranty
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
The Licensor makes no guarantees regarding:
Compatibility with all Unity versions
Compatibility with all VRChat SDK versions
Fitness for a particular purpose
- Limitation of Liability
The Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
